A very warm welcome from me, Theoharis, the owner of Vilaman ΙΚΕ, the property management company that is running this property. Having traveled extensively in the Americas, SE Asia and Europe, and being a demanding traveller myself, I adapted my experiences to my native Greece and combined them with our philoxenia: the ancient greek word that literally means a “friend to a stranger” and is synonymous to hospitality. For Greeks however, it is something deeper than that., it is an unspoken cultural law that shows generosity and courtesy to strangers. In addition, my personal relationship with each property owner allows me to make sure that everything runs smoothly, as desired, so that our every guest feels at home at our properties and takes a unique experience and unforgettable memories back home with them.

Fully equipped pool villa, with stunning view of the sunset. Ideally located near Athens and its airport. But also a stepping stone for exploring the north Peloponnese. Mycenae, Epidaurus, Nafplio and the wine region of Nemea are all a short drive away. When not exploring this ancient and exciting land, you will relax by the pool, drinking local Nemea wine.The house is ideal for families. It is equipped with anything you may need. Toys and books for the kids and a big garden full of olive trees where the children can play and be supervised from the pool deck.We will be a short phone call away if you need anything.

Neighbourhood information

1) Approximately 20 klm from Loutraki there is the Archeological Site of Heraion at the end of Perachora peninsula. Excavations carried out in the region have brought to light the temple of Hera and significant remains of the early Corinthian civilization, such as an L-shaped stoa, a large cistern, dining rooms and a smaller temple. The temple of Hera is the most significant monument of the site. It lies near a small harbor under the lighthouse of Melagavi. 2) The city of Loutraki is the same place as the ancient commune of Thermae, that 3,000 years ago, the ancient Greeks, then the Romans, and the Byzantines, had already discovered the ancient alternative approach to healing and prevention, psychosomatic relaxation and rejuvenation.
