Lina's Stone House-Mountain Cottage is a beautiful, welcoming and spacious accommodation. It is located in Kouteli, a small village just 10km from the center of Kalavryta and 25km from the Ski Center. Its traditional design with stone and wood combined with the comforts it offers and its location make it an ideal choice for families as well as couples or group of friends, who are looking for calmness, comfort and being close to nature all year round! It consists of two levels joined by an internal wooden staircase and is fully equipped. On the ground floor there is a living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom and on the first floor the attic with three bedrooms, a bright small living room and WC. A special feature of our accommodation is the wooden attic which offers a lot of sunlight and a nice view of the surrounding mountains. In addition there is a large fenced outdoor area with wooden garden furniture, barbecue and covered parking.
Our accommodation is located at the highest point of the village at the foot of the mountain, has easy access from the main road, lots of quiet and unobstructed views of the surrounding mountains. Its location is ideal for quiet holidays, excursions to the surrounding attractions and places, but also for anyone who is a fan of sports such as skiing, mountain biking, hiking.
