- REASONS FOR HOST TO CANCEL A RESERVATION WITHOUT REFUND A) Having parties, making loud noise, inviting more people without prior notification, use of drugs, Filming for commercial use without notification, illegal downloading, damaging the property beyond common sense and smoking will result to cancelling the reservation without refund. B) You can NOT INVITE OTHER PEOPLE without prior notification. Access is allowed only to the number of guests that you have paid through your reservation B) You need to send us your Full flight or ferry information in order to arrange the check in time, at least 48 hours before your arrival. Usually we estimate that you will need up to 2 hours after your landing to reach the property. You will be given a time frame of 30 minutes in order to arrive at the property. If you fail to arrive on time and your ferry or airplane is NOT delayed and you fail to contact us and inform us about any emergency, you will have to wait in order to rearrange the check in time.
