THE SPACE Upstairs you will find two bedrooms and an OPEN AREA SPACE that offers an extra single bed. Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed with lots of windows with shutters and a double glass door with automatic shutters that open to your own veranda with views of the countryside and sea. Bedroom 2 has a single with a pull-out trundle single bed suitable for a child. A small balcony for this bedroom has views of the countryside and automatic shutters. In the bathroom you can take either a shower or sit in the tub. The ground floor offers an efficient kitchen with a stovetop, oven, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, microwave and all the kitchenware that is needed for your stay. Also, there is a bathroom with a shower. From the living room you will be able to enjoy the sea view and watch TV or sit at the dining table. Air-conditioning units are in each room in the house to make your stay comfortable. Near the stairs, you have a washing machine and ironing board. Additionally, this space has a fireplace in the living room with a comfortable sofa and WIFI and TV. Gennadi Village is about 1 km away and so is Kiotari beach which is lined with taverns along the beachfront. The magnificent Lindos is only about a 20-minute drive.
