Cycladic style building consisting of 4 apartments with terraces and common roof top solarium with sea view, summer kitchen and shower, in a beautiful traditional pedestrian village 6km south-east of Rhodes. Possibility to rent all the building for groups up to 13 people. An absolutely peaceful and safe place, in a real Greek village worthy of a postcard. Accommodation: All apartments have been decorated in order to offer a warm and relaxing atmosphere as to make your stay as pleasant as possible. All rooms are functional (private bathroom, air condition, kitchen, Nespresso coffee machine, bed linen, safe box ...) and offer all the necessary amenities. Excellent free WI FI connection throughout the property. At your disposal: A mini laundry room will allow you to borrow all the necessary to clean, make your washing machine, sew and even iron if necessary: you will have the comforts to live as if you were at home. Commun roof top with shower and BBQ . Services on request: We can deliver on the spot rental cars, as well as scooters or quads at preferential rates. Neighbourhood information

Koskinou (Greek: Κοσκινού) is a beautiful pedestrian village 6 km far from the capital, built a top of a hill overlooking the east coast of Rhodes (Kalithea bay). The unique colors and impressive facades of the traditional houses of Koskinou have always been the subject of many coffee-table books. Koskinou is the second most photographed village of the island (after Lindos). It is very appreciated by those who choosed to stay here and experience the traditional mood of the village. Koskinou enjoys the most spectacular views of the sparkling blue seas in the distance and it is very close by car to Kalithea Springs and to the famous resort of Faliraki as well as from Rhodes Old Town. The village is well known for its traditional cuisine, there are many popular restaurants and tavernas here just steps from the house, and all you can need (bars, supermarkets, tobacco shop etc..). Even in full summer you will be so far from the intensive tourism business...
