Property information

JERMA'S HOUSE is an independent completely renovated maisonette residence. On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen, living room with TV, a bathroom with shower and a washing machine. Going up the small internal iron staircase (old Kefallonian style) or going outside we reach the first floor which includes 2 bedrooms, one with a double iron bed and the second one with two single iron beds. In both bedrooms there is A/C and a large wardrobe. On that floor there is one more bathroom with a shower too. You can enjoy your dinner or a glass of wine on the balcony or in the small flowery stone garden.

Neighbourhood information

JERMA'S HOUSE is located in the traditional settlement of Sotiras of Havdato, on Kefalonia Island. It is minutes away from the crystal blue Ionian waters of little LAGADAKIA beach, a 15-30 minute drive from Ammos or Xi red-sand beaches, enchanting Petani beach and yet just a 1 min drive outside of Lixouri. The home is steps away from a café-bar serving ouzo, pizza, snacks and also of a taverna serving souvlakia and roasted meats.
