The apartment was fully renovated in 2023. Located just a short walk from the old Venetian harbor and the town center, our apartment provides the perfect base for exploring all the charms of Chania. Whether you are looking to indulge in the local cuisine or soak up the towns rich history, our apartment offers the perfect combination of comfort and convenience. Our 75sqm home, featuring two inviting bedrooms that ensure a comfortable stay for either two couples or a family. The master bedroom is spacious and well-appointed, complete with a TV, air conditioner, and a convenient work desk. Meanwhile, the second bedroom, though smaller, boasts a skylight window, a ceiling fan, and a cozy king-size bed, providing a peaceful retreat. In addition to the bedrooms, our home offers a fully equipped kitchen within the open-plan area. Here, you'll find the convenience of a second TV and a comfortable two-person sofa bed. Rest assured, this area is fitted with air conditioning to keep you cool and comfortable throughout your stay. The bathroom with a shower is perfect for refreshing after a day of exploration, while an additional small WC adds extra convenience for larger groups. Undoubtedly, one of the highlights of our home is the splendid backyard, where you can unwind and enjoy quality time with loved ones. You'll find a barbecue/grill, a large sun protection umbrella, and a lovely dining area that accommodates up to 6 people. This inviting outdoor space provides a perfect setting for al fresco dining and creating cherished memories together.

Nea Chora is a small and lively seaside neighborhood located just west of the old town of Chania in Crete. It is known for its traditional fish market, sandy beach, waterfront restaurants serving fresh seafood, and convenient location just a few minutes' walk from the town center. Nea Chora's lively atmosphere and proximity to Chania make it a popular destination for both locals and tourists. The jasminestay is located in the city centre and very close to the main bus station (650m - 8 minutes walk). So whether you come by boat or by airplane an option is to come by bus. Alternatively you can easily come by taxi or car. Parking in the surrounding streets is relatively easy. Important Information : Every Thursday morning from 06:00am to 15:00pm there is a farmers market right outside the house so access is limited. In particular the car must stop on one of the perpendicular streets.
