Irida House is a very spacious and quiet maisonette which combines luxury with elegance. The handmade furniture and the authentic works of art gives the house a unique character. The first floor consists of three bedrooms, the two of them with double bed and private balcony and the third one (kids room) with a single bed. On the first floor there is also a spacious bathroom with hydro massage. On the upper floor there is a full kitchen dining and living area and a WC, decorated appropriately to ease your mind. This open plan concept has direct access to the main veranda of the apartment, which is covered for shade. There is a large dining table on the veranda, to enjoy your breakfast, or even an early dinner gazing the view of the mountains, the pine forest and the sea.
I love old things, which are full of life and sentiments, and at the same time I like minimal design which is perfect in its simplicity. The procedure of remaking has always attracted me and has served as an inspiration for creativity. This is the philosophy that lies behind the decoration of the house which reflects my personality. I feel blessed to live in this part of the world, where nature is so beautiful and generous and I enjoy meeting new people and sharing the things I love with them.
Irida’s House is situated between Korakies and Kounoupidiana villages. It combines relaxing atmosphere with immediate access to all amenities. Supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, are within walking distance. Moreover, it is in between the five most popular beaches of Chania city (Stavros, Loutraki, Marathi, Seitan Limani, Kalathas). All the famous landmarks of Chania, including the Venetian Harbor are very near.
