This modern apartment is perfectly located as you’ll find yourself 15’ by foot from the city center and the picturesque old town. The organized beach of Nea Chora and its fishermen’s port, are 10’by foot. Also in 50m you’ll find traditional bakery and mini market and in 200m a big super market. Nevertheless you are very near to the main street that leads to the West and the Motorway to all famous beaches and sites. If you prefer the bus, the bus stop is 5min away. The apartment has modern decoration and furniture and it is Air Conditioned. It has a comfortable bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, toiletries and laundry machine, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, a spacious living room but most of all splendid view to the sea and the mountains, from the balcony and from inside, as it is on the 3rd floor of a building on the top of a small inclined road.
