The first bedroom of the Villa, “Margarita” is located on the ground floor, featuring one double bed and direct access to the terrace and pool area. This bedroom also boasts a kitchenette area with fridge, as well as a single sofa bed which can accommodate one more guest. Additionally, the bedroom boasts an en suite bathroom, featuring an overhead rainfall shower with cabin. One more bedroom is there on the same floor, “Kyriaki” featuring two single beds (that are joined to form a king size bed) as well as an en suite bathroom, featuring an overhead rainfall shower with cabin. This bedroom is lightened up with natural light from the windows. Additionally, boasts a kitchenette area with fridge, coffee maker and a sink. One more guest can be accommodated on a single sofa bed, located in this bedroom. The further two bedrooms of Ilys Home are located on the first floor, the former “Eleni”, features one double bed and direct access to a veranda with comfy sittings. What’s more, the last bedroom “Emmanouil”, also boasts one double bed and direct access to the veranda with comfy sittings. - A bathroom is also available on this floor. - Air conditioning units serve heating purposes. *Accommodation cost Excludes: Resilience Tax 1,50 per villa per night. This is not included in the platform prices and shall be paid, upon check in.

Ilys Home is located in the traditional village of Margarites where you can find almost everything you need . Within walking distance from the villa there is a good selection of cafes and traditional tavernas, as well as a mini market, bakery and a butcher’s shop. The picturesque settlement of Margarites is well known for its pottery, so souvenirs are a must, and the village, with its extraordinary architecture and lovely narrow winding streets, is well worth exploring. Furthermore, Perama town which is 10 minutes away by car ( approximately within 7 kilometre distance) and offers a variety of shops and daily amenities, such as a bakery, grocery store, butcher’s, fresh fish, taverns, cafes, supermarkets. Finally Panormo, is a friendly sea side village, approximately 20 minutes away by car and well known for its sandy beaches. The two main beaches are Limanaki and Limni. Both of them are sandy with clear blue water and ideal for kids, as they are shallow and well protected from winds. Pool operates seasonally (end of March - middle of November)
