This newly renovated holiday could satisfy even the most demanding guest. Practical, spacious with a view and fully equipped, our standard rooms are the best choice for families who are looking to spend their holidays non-expensively and at the same time enjoying many comforts. This is a detached house comprising of an apartment on ground floor and a two bedroom apartment on upper two floors. All rooms are spacious and comfortable with luxurious marble balconies. All the above combined with the unique sea and sun of Nea Skioni as well as the ideal location of the holiday home can offer an unforgettable escape and experience. Herodicus holiday home has a special decoration with very careful details and it offers you mental and physical tranquillity overloolking the blue waters of Chalkidiki. From the balconies upstairs you can admire the green natural view of Chalkidiki’s olive fields on one side and the hills on the other side. There is parking in front of the house.
The owner is a Physical Education teacher. He is interested in outdoor activities and has led various groups of students, hikers and orienteers into the Greek mountains. Our vision for Herodicus Villa is that it will be a base for families or groups of friends to stay and relax or enjoy physical activities in natural surroundings, away from the crowds. The property is situated three klm before Nea Skioni. Just before Kassandreia town there is a roundabout. Ignoring signs to Kalithea on the left turn right and take the first exit towards Siviri, Fourka, A. Paraskevi. It is not inside Nea Skioni (as shown in booking com). Agios Ioannis is a suburb of nea Skioni. At the beginning of Agios Ionnnis there is sign "to Nea Skioni centre". Please ignore this sign and continue straight on for approximately 300 m. -Herodicus villa is the second house after this turn a detached mesonnaite, with parking space outside. On the other side of the road you will find the local football stadium of nea Skioni club. Bear in mind that you sould stop at Agios Ioannis three klm. before reaching Nea Skioni. Therefore Herodicus villa is situated OUTSIDE Nea Skioni and not inside (as wrongly indicated).
The Herodicus holiday home is located 300 m. away from the sea, with a big green area. It is ideal for every person who wants to have a luxury relax. The holiday home is located in Nea Skioni's natural and tranquil beauty area with the many fish taverns. It is located in the heart of nature amid small verdant hills, sandy organized beach nearby with sandy bottom and the crystal clear waters of the blue sea. It is a home from home experience nestled between quiet hills, olive groves and amazing sea views. It is only 85 klm away from Thessaloniki's airport and 100 klm from Thessaloniki city center. At the same time, it is in a short distance from the areas of Hanioti and Pefkohori with many entertainment options. We must also mention that Herodicus guest house is 10 km far from the area of Loutra Agias Paraskevis where natural medicinal springs are. Moreover, you have the chance to visit the famous beach bars in the well known sandy beaches of Paliouri. There is a beach with sunbeds and umbrellas about 10 minutes walk from the house. Watersports about 15 minutes walk from the house. For football fans there is a stadium nearby that they can use.
