Wonderful Greek summer, may actually never ends. Anavissos is just 45 minutes from the center of Athens. It is the first option for a getaway to the vast, inviting open sea of the Saronic Gulf. The house is located in a very quiet private street. Comfortably accommodating 8 guests it can be your perfect place for great family holidays as various beaches and activities are nearby. The house is a 2 floor 140 sqm villa in a small compound of 3 houses with garden and playground for the children. Just 1.2 km from the beach walking distance to all restaurants, open-air cinemas, beach bars, water sports and the Temple of Poseidon is at 15km. The villa is just renovated this year all the appliances are brand new and there is working space for laptop computer. Εvents such as birthday, weekend parties, bachelor or wedding parties are not allowed. For any additional visitors to the house (except the 8 people staying in the house) even if they are just visitors and they not staying overnight the owner should be informed at least 3 days prior to arrival. An increased deposit as guarantee will be discussed and special conditions ,such as cleaning and preparation costs as well as liability insurance might be charged. The house is delivered clean ,If you wish additional cleaning services during your stay we may provide it with extra charges. If the visitors requires to host a party they should request it first through the platform and then discuss and take the approval.

In case the visitors have small kids the house has entrance to a private playground. The owner is available for the visitors to help them any time of the day.

Generally the neighborhood is not very noisy and the road at the front of the house is private in case the kids wants to enjoy bicycling. If required there is a possibility to provide elecric car or motor bike or bicycles for you to enjoy a pleasant stay. Or to arrange for you a private tour around the area.
