Also, the pool terrace enjoys amazing nature views and also offers a variety of amenities which include: - 30 m2 private swimming pool. Minimum depth: 1.50 m. Maximum depth: 1.60 m. - Fully equipped, charcoal barbecue facilities with an outdoor sink, wood oven under a pergola shaded by a vine arbor. - Numerous furnished spots for relaxation and sunbathing (sun beds, umbrellas and patio furniture). Additionally, there is a sitting area overlooking the garden and the property with beautiful sunset views on the first floor above the main house. - Free, parking space for several cars inside the Villa premises. - The whole outdoor area is totally fenced, offering 100% privacy to our guests. -Starting January 1, 2024, a new Greek tax was introduced which is called the “Climate Crisis Resilience Charge,” requiring a fee of 10 euros per night from March to October and 4 euros per night from November to February. The amount needs to be paid in cash or by card upon your arrival at the villa.

The villa is located just next to the village Atsipopoulo, a well known village which has grown up fast in last 10 years and now is actually a small town and a suburb of Rethymno city. There is nothing that you cannot find in Atsipopoulo nowadays, as it has all kinds of shops, supermarkets, bakeries, many restaurants and services. The spot of the villa is ideal for people who want a quiet place to relax but to be close to everything. Furthermore it is a great base for making excursions around Crete as the main national road is only 2 minutes away. The long sandy beach of Rethymno is only 6 km away, while the picturesque Old Town provides a variety of facilities and several choices of different markets and shops, any kind of services, restaurants and taverns, bars, night clubs, beach bars and water sports, as well as some nice sightseeing spots, only a few minutes away from your Villa.
