Giorgos & Chara Studio in 2i parodo Portou 16 is a totally fresh renovated house carried out in 2023! It is tastefully decorated and equipped with the basic necessities, 60sqm full house all for your personal use. Excellent position in the heart of the town where you can go to many places.Everything in the old town is within walking distance. The Venetian port with the lighthouse is a trademark of the city of Chania. Our property is air conditioned in the bedroom and in the living room as well, except the kitchen area which we beleive it is not necessary because the house has a stone underpass and roof insulation. After all he A/C has the best optimally.
I am more than happy to accommodate people from all around the world but since I have a very busy schedule, it is not possible for us to meet in person. However, you are very welcome to contact me via Booking messages if necessary.
In the heart of Chania ancient area, a completely refurbished apartment 60 sqm will be offered in 2023. A lovely, updated apartment in the middle of the historic district. The majority of the city daily and evening events are within walking distance. Excellent position in the heart of CHANIA, near to everything. It is flanked by streets lined with stores and eateries. Everything in the old town may be reached by foot. It is on a picturesque cobblestone street with various cafes and restaurants, just a minute distance walk from the port.
