Choosing Etherio for your accommodation in Paros, you will have the opportunity to enjoy your holidays in the village Piso Livadi only 50 meters away from the sea and few meters away from the picturesque small church of Agios Nikolaos. Etheriο comprises the ideal choice for both travelers who would like relaxing and calm holidays in a peaceful environment, magnificent beaches and idyllic sceneries and for those who prefer a secular destination as Paros island combines popular beaches with many different nightlife options. During the construction and design of Etherio, our main purpose was the harmonization of architecture with the seascape, the blue colors of the Aegean Sea, the unique view and the island's heritage. For the interior design of them, we chose environment friendly materials with local origination. The furniture was produced with handmade, unique construction and designed with minimal aesthetics. The apartment (65 sq.m.) is comprised of two bedrooms, a spacious living room with a built-in sofa and a fully equipped kitchen. There are comfortable outdoor balconies/verandas and a common pool where the guest can enjoy feelgood and relaxation moments with his/her company.

Neighbourhood information

Piso Livadi maintains the authenticity and unique scent of Paros accompanied with the Cycladic beauty of the landscape. Exploring its port located just a few meters away from Etherio, you can find restaurants, cafes or bars next to the sea. Piso Livadi is famous for the great fish taverns, ready to satisfy even the most demanding visitor. You will be just 2 minutes from the nearest beach, which is ideal for children and families, while the popular Logaras Beach, with its crystal blue water, and Pounta Beach, with its cosmopolitan touch, are in a 5-minutes walking distance. In Logaras, you will have the chance to taste the local cuisine in various restaurants or relax in one of the cafes. One of the best beaches, Chrysi Akti, with the golden colored sand is regarded as an ideal nearby choice for water sports. Other activities such as horse riding, fishing and diving are available. Naousa is only 15 minutes away by car and Parikia is 25 minutes away. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to visit the picturesque villages of Marpissa, Prodromos or Kostos located at a very close distance and the famous traditional Cycladic village, Lefkes, just 10 minutes away by car.
