This unique home has been fully renovated and equipped with all electric appliances you need. The space consists of 2 bedrooms each with its own balcony. A comfortable double bed in each room. In walking distance, you have the convenience of restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops and beautiful Flisvos Marina, Stavros Niarchos Foundation Center you can't miss.

Within walking distance, the street of Agiou Alexandrou has all you need, all kinds of restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries and more. Grocery store is close by. In 2 minutes on foot, you have tram to go to city center, southern municipalities and Piraeus. X96 is a bus which commutes between Athens International Airport and Piraeus, it is very convenient to take this bus to our apartment.
