DREAM House is an ARTISTIC APPROACH to GOOD VIBES LIVING! His triangle shape is the last trend, all guests love it! The beautiful garden around support the sence of freedom and relax! Some of artworks are more about the composition and design whereas others have more of a story. Artists have many different approaches to making their artwork. I wanted share some insight with aspiring artists as well as talk about my own artistic approach. In order to give my work a sense of consistency, I’ll restrict myself in the materials, subject matter and design of my work. I don’t have to think about reinventing the wheel every time, which frees up my mind for thinking of ideas. For artists that are just starting out, I do recommend trying different things. However, once you find what you like, sticking to it for awhile will help develop your own artistic style. This artistic style can evolve over time as you do. The “Dream House by the sea” with a great triangle architecture, is located in Epanomi and offers a garden and parking for 2 cars. Guests staying at this extraordinary modern holiday home have access to free WiFi, a flat-screen SmartTV with you-tube and NETFLIX, air conditioning, an equipped kitchenette and a beautiful balcony with dining table! SOS: Όταν γίνεται κράτηση για μαζώξεις, γενέθλια κλπ, αφού δηλωθεί ο κάθε επιπλέον επισκέπτης, προκύπτει η έξτρα χρέωση 10ευρω για τον κάθε ένα, είτε διανυκτερεύσει είτε όχι. Η μουσική πρέπει να είναι σε κανονικό επίπεδο, δίχως να διαταράσσει τον γύρω οικισμό και τα άλλα 2 καταλύματα, το αργότερο μέχρι τις 11μμ, από 1/10-31/3 στις 10μμ! Thessaloniki is 25 km from the holiday home, while beautiful beach "Paralia Potamos" is only 6 km away and the "First foot" of Halkidiki with the Best beaches of Greece is about 40 km away! The nearest airport is Thessaloniki Airport, 13 km from “Dream House by the sea  ”.  The house is in a very quiet neighbour. About 300 meters there are 100 stairs to go down to the sea.

Η μουσική πρέπει να είναι σε κανονικό επίπεδο, δίχως να διαταράσσει τον γύρω οικισμό και τα άλλα 2 καταλύματα, το αργότερο μέχρι τις 11μμ, από 1/10-31/3 στις 10μμ! -Εάν προκύψει κάποια ζημία στο σπίτι θα πρέπει να αποζημιώνεται! -Αν έχετε μπαλόνια χωρίς κομφετί σας παρακαλώ, πάρτυ, εκδηλώσεις και πυροτεχνήματα δεν επιτρέπονται.
