The unique factor of Dialiskari Villas is that they are really big houses ( 80 sqm and 160 sqm) three story high, which is not common in the area. They are isolated in a very calm location, and the biggest asset of the whole property is the sea view from every house and every floor and also our big blossom garden. Each house has a parking space and shares the garden, the playground, the outdoor pool and the bbq area. There is a washing machine for the 5 houses in the basement. In the propert, there are only 6 houses. So, usually, it is like you're alone. We are a family run business, and our goal is for you to feel at home. During the summer season, I am there to assist you with everything you may need, and if I am not there, I am always available by phone, text, mail, WhatsApp, Viber, etc. When I am not around, my husband takes my place or my parents. We interact with each of our guests as much as he wishes. Each house is the same. The decoration is different. Ground floor: open fully equipped kitchen with nespresso coffee machine and ful size refrigerator, living area, indoor dining area, and outdoor dining area for 4 and two sun loungers on the paved veranda. First floor: open bedroom, big bathroom with shower and small balcony with clothes rack and a big balcony overlooking the sea and a sofa and two armchairs . Second floor: additional bedroom with two single beds and a W.C. (no shower). Each floor has a/c and free WiFi. The beach is very quiet and perfect for small children. It is shallow with sand, and it is safe for them to play. We have next to the property access to the sea from the rocks, which is great because you are all alone. We are close to many beaches (barlas Beach is 1km away, Lagkouvardos beach 5km and Xrysi Akti 4km away, Vromoneri 3km away and many more).

Our location is very quiet and for people who want to enjoy the beauty of nature. Our property has only 5 houses for rent. Each house is facing the sea and the garden. The property is surrounded by olive trees and a few houses around. In front of the property, there is no street, so you don't have cars passing by, and the view from the pool and the houses is unbeatable! Also, the small beach is almost like private, so you don't have the usual noise that comes with a beachfront property. At the same time, in just 1,2km away, there is a village (Marathopoli) where you can find everything (pharmacy, gas station, mini market, taverns, bakeries,cafe, etc). You are very close to the most beautiful beaches of the area (Lagkouvardos, Xrysi akti, Voidokoilia,etc). You are also not far away from the mountain (Gargalianoi) and the most archaeological sites of the area. It is great for snorkelling, fishing, etc, especially the beach in front of the property. Our houses are spacious (80sqm), and you can enjoy the outdoors a d the indoors. Messinia has a lot to offer, from hiking to the mountains, swimming to beautiful beaches, exploring the area, visiting the waterfalls around, watching the unique wild birds, diving in Proti island, surfing at Lagkouvardos beach, golf etc. Our location is perfect for exploring the whole area, and I am here to provide you with information about it.
