I really like everything, especially the privacy in Suite E1. I recommend it and would like to stay there again. Thanks to Babi and Dior for the excellent hospitality.

FANTASTIC!! The location is perfect just few minutes away from the heart of Fira, the museum and the iconic churches. I had flight delays due to a storm and Ms. Dior and Mr. Babis kept texting me to make sure the room will be ready for me and they even remind me to arrange for transportation. Mr. Babis met me at 3:30 am and he prepared everything for me in the room including toothpaste, toothbrush, slippers and cold water. Although I was scared to go to Santorini alone after midnight, their hospitality and professional help reassured me and I felt very very safe. I highly recommend it without any doubt.

We had a lovely stay at Cycladic Suites. Great communication, which started before we checked in, and Babis and the team were super responsive throughout our stay to requests and questions. The room itself was lovely and spacious, the hot tub had a fantastic view and the steam room was great too. Location is also great as it was just a short walk to the various restaurants and bars in Fira.

The experience at Cycladic Suites was better than we had hoped. Before checking in, we received a WhatsApp from Dior, the assistant manager, asking if we need pick up from the airport. They then proceeded to help support a surprise for our anniversary that I had planned for our partner. We also received a free bottle of wine! They restocked our water without question, so we could save money on buying water outside, the room was super clean and always ready when we came back from excursions as well. They accommodated all the little requests we had - Dior even gave us sunscreen since we forgot. She was super honest and told us where to shop / where it was too expensive, etc. as well. Arranging any transport or pick up was super easy and Dior was always reachable on WhatsApp. We will be recommending this place to our friends & to our family. The breakfast was yummy and a good price considering how much you got in it - a hot omelette, breads, sweet treats and yogurt. The Location was perfect, close to town and beautiful to come back to for a swim or a steam! The workers Bobis and Dior were so welcoming, kind and were on hand for anything we needed - I would come back for sure!
