Casa dei Melograni is located in Vourlidia in an atmosphere of great tranquility, with no noise but only nature. The view is absolutely astonishing and incomparable, while overlooking the Aegean sea, the Castro, the village of Pandeli, the island of Agia Kyriaki and the coast of Turkey. From the beautiful garden there is a short trail which leads to a small beach, quiet and little frequented by tourists. The house is semi-detached and has two floors. On the ground floor there is a living room which overlooks the large terrace facing the sea and a large kitchen area, a large pantry carved into the rock and a bathroom with shower. A convenient stair leads to the upper floor, with three bedrooms and a large bathroom with shower. Another magnificent terrace overlooks the lush garden, which surrounds the house, and the sea. The house is equipped with all conveniences: washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge, iron with boiler, Wi-Fi, outdoor shower. The furnishing style is simple but charming, built with love and a search for beauty. A spacious kitchen has also been set up outside, with a sink, electric cooker and a large dining table that can seat up to 12 people.
Hello and a warm welcome to my beloved house! My name is Rosanna Bonelli, I am a 75-year-old Italian lady, in love with the sea since birth. I built this house 25 years ago, with the intention of enjoying it with my family and close friends. And so, it has been, to everyones great happiness. Especially my daughter and my two grandchildren, who are now grown up, who since the first months of their lives, have spent their summers in the beauty and freedom that this place can offer. I am retired, but I have worked all my life, after studying Philosophy, in Public Relations and Communication. I am passionate about books, there are many in the house, furniture and yoga. I am happy to be able to share this corner of paradise of mine with other people who can appreciate it, and I hope to continue enjoying it for a long time to come!
The casa is located in Vourlidia, one of the most beautiful areas of Leros, in an atmosphere of great tranquility, with no noise, but only nature: little goats, birds, cicadas and the sea. It is situated outside the built-up area, but within easy reach of all services: shops, pharmacies, restaurants, hospital, harbor and airport.
