Capt Sotos is a traditional boat house located in Klima. This type of boat house is very prominent and unique to the island, it used to serve as a space where fishermen would keep their boats safe during wintertime and many of them also had a small living space upstairs for a nap or a short summer stay. This boat house has now been turned into a lovely studio that can accommodate two guests. We welcome guests that are keen on experiencing how it is to stay in a special accommodation like this one. There are no streets nearby, no cars, you will be walking a short distance (just over a hundred steps) right on the sand to reach Capt Sotos which actually is the last boat house you will reach by the shore. Let us assure you this fact alone will make you feel on top of the world, almost like you have all of this beauty just to yourself! Klima is a small settlement with boat houses built right on the shore. There is one restaurant in the area, but no other services so you might want to consider visiting the villages of Adamas or Plaka that are just under 2 miles each away for your needs. Also bear in mind that due to the location of Capt Sotos at the far end of the settlement we suggest not carrying large luggage with you.
