Our gorgeous Villa of 265m2 is situated in Koundouros, only 200 meters from the most amazing, organised beach and the facilities of Porto Koundouros! Its huge private pool and absolutely spacious outdoor living areas are protected from the Aegean winds so the view and the pool can be enjoyed fully at any time! Extensive sea and mountain views, comfortable interiors, traditional whitewashed walls and local stone, Villa Tereza brings you the best of Kea island. Surprise your beloved ones! Total living space: 265 sqm Five spacious bedrooms comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests. There and also 5,5 bathrooms one for each bedroom. Set up All five rooms have air condition and their own bathroom. There are two rooms on the ground floor and three on the first floor. Three bedrooms are in the main building and two (one on the ground floor, one on the first floor) are attached to it with their own entrance. Koundouros beach, Greece Kea offers idyllic beaches with impressive crystal waters, where the best two are only a five-minute walk from Villa Tereza! You can choose between the cosmopolitan Porto-Koundouros or the quieter Koundouraki beach. Porto-Koundouros is a gorgeous organized golden sandy beach, awarded with a blue flag by the Greek National Tourism Organization. It is the most cosmopolitan on the island, with swallow and peaceful waters for kids to swim and play. There is a fish tavern, a cafe and a beach bar, an excellent place for relaxation. Koundouraki, is a charming beach, with crystal clear waters thanks to the rocky formations nearby, a water sports club with kind and patient instructors and a PADI certified center with the friendliest crew. At Koundouraki beach, the knowledgeable team will help you explore the remote beaches of Kea on one of their speedboats, organise a diving or snorkelling trip to the nearby Koundouros reef, visit the famous archeological site of Ancient Karthea town and its underwater parts, or just go for a daily trip to the nearby islands! Getting around We recommend a 4X4 car only if you plan on exploring the island and some of the remote paths. Otherwise, if you plan to drive from the main port and stay around Koundouros area, a standard car would do fine. Private parking available.
