The villa is a beautiful property set at a privileged uphilled location, just 20mins away from Athens airport. Unfolding in two opulent, minimal floors of a total of 160m2, the villa can sleep up to ten guests in five cozy bedrooms with their own outdoor sitting areas. The villa comprises of two buildings, the main one and an independent studio offering privacy and flexibility to its guests. The main building on the top floor, hosts 2 en-suite bedrooms, one double, one sofa-bed room and a sharing bathroom. On the ground floor, the designs of the inside and outside are united through the summer colours of living area and the earthy materials that can be found in the dinning area and the kitchen. The independent studio is a proper home for two people with an entrance a bathroom that can be easily used from a handicapped guest. It is consists of a large bathroom with a walking in shower, a fully equipped kitchen, a dinning table and a double bed. The exteriors of the villa consists of a large swimming pool surrounded by elegant loungers and a wind-free patio with barbecue facilities. Extra House Rules: - No Unauthorised Guests Allowed - Moving Heavy Furniture Is Not Allowed. Extra Information: - The pool water temperature can reach maximum 30°-31° (water temperature can be affected by weather conditions). - The heated pool operates from April until the end of October. - For groups larger than 6 guests, extra fees apply.

The village is situated on the Aegean coast, just a few kilometers northeast of Cape Sounion and the ancient Temple of Poseidon. Periyali is known for its beautiful beaches and crystal-clear waters. The village is a popular destination for swimming, sunbathing, and water sports, such as windsurfing and sailing. In addition to the beaches, the area around Periyali is characterized by rocky cliffs, scenic coves, and lush vegetation. The ancient sites of Sounion, the Lavreotiki mines, and other attractions are all located nearby, making it a convenient base for exploring the wider area. We recommend that guests consider renting a car during their stay, as our location is situated in an area that is most easily accessed by car. A car can provide more convenience and flexibility for exploring the surrounding area.
