Property information

Very elegant, clean, and comfortable 50sqm. apartment in the center of Saronida overlooking the sea, which is only 400m away !! The apartment has a spacious living room with a sofa (double bed), a large fully-equipped kitchen, a comfortable and quiet bedroom, and a recently renovated bathroom! Additionally, it has awnings, screens, and air conditioning for your own comfort. The balcony contains outdoor furniture to enjoy your meals and drinks with the endless view of the sea and the "islands" of Lagonisi. It is ideal for a holiday home or a short vacation since it is located very close to the sea and the market, and the Saronida-Elliniko line's starting point. Located on the second floor, without an elevator.
