Our maisonette is located in the seaside settlement of Trikorfo Beach, between the communities of Gerakini and Psakoudia in the second peninsula of Halkidiki. Its unique location by the sea adds beauty to the greenery. The maisonette has a fully equipped and renovated kitchen (with washing machine-dryer, dishwasher, oven & microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, utensils, cooking hobs, etc.), three bedrooms with single and double beds and a bunk bed. There is an outdoor shower and a fully renovated bathroom in the basement where the third bedroom is located while the one on the upper floor functions ideally as a WC. The terrace and garden are furnished and ensure a stunning sea view morning, noon and evening. It is an ideal place to relax and enjoy your holidays with friends and family.
As of September 5th, 2023, the property is under new management. My name is Tessa and I am the new host. As a Genius 3 traveller I have high standards and believe that a property is essential to make the guest feel "like home". With this in mind, I also designed Summer Maisonette by the Sea at Trikorfo Beach, constantly adding new amenities within the framework of the legislation for private hosts. I am at your disposal to ensure for you a comfortable and relaxing stay.
Trikorfo Beach between Gerakini and Psakoudia in Halkidiki is an excellent destination for families, groups of friends or couples. In the organized village there is free parking, bar - restaurant and fully equipped beach bar. The maisonette is 90 sq.m. and fully equipped with all the necessities for the stay of the guests The bar restaurant has excellent sea views and offers a unique experience of culinary delight, while the beach bar is an ideal place to enjoy refreshing drinks and cocktails along with the sea view. All in all, Trikorfo beach "Elia" offers an exceptional holiday experience, combining a beautiful beach, gastronomic options and relaxing atmosphere. There are two large super markets within 2 km in Gerakini and Psakoudia that are accessible by car. There you will find more restaurants, taverns and bars. Opposite the maisonette there is a basketball court, a playground and a park with benches overlooking the sea. Just in front of the house there is a pedestrian street which ensures a free of noise environment. The balcony, the terrace and the garden overlook the whole beach which is 30 meters from the house.
