The Artist’s Farm consists of two independent beachfront properties (Studio-Maisonette) that can be rented separately or together. The two properties can accommodate a max of 6 people! The Maisonette is perfect for families, couples or well-matched friends who want to enjoy nature in a unique and quiet environment. The Studio is ideal for couples who want to enjoy a unique and stylish place in just few meters from the beach! The MAISONETTE is composed of: GROUND FLOOR: - Covered outdoor patio furnished with corner sofa and 4 seats dining table all facing the sea. 15m² - Open plan living room furnished with a double bed corner sofa, a beautiful bamboo nest and a 42” smart TV with complementary Netflix account available. 14m² - A newly renovated Full functional kitchen. 6m² - 1 bathroom with walk-in shower. 2,5m² FIRST FLOOR: - Cosy double bed bedroom with amazing view to the sea. 12,5m² -A beautiful veranda with a lovely pergola on top 11m²
-At the beach in front of the studio, can be found sunloungers and umbrellas. -Shared indoor Barbecue area (oven + washing machine within). -4 city bikes to explore the area in style. - 4,000 sq.m shared garden planted with olive trees, lemon trees and hundreds of different plants. The Artist’s Farm is situated on the northeast coast of Aigion in the picturesque beach of Digeliotika. The shingle/pebble beach sits in front of the
property with translucent water and, with only a handful of accommodation in this bay, the beach never gets crowded, even in August! Local taverns with traditional Greek cuisine can be reached on foot as can mini-markets. Its easy accessible from Athens Airport by train or car and it takes approximately 2 hours to get here.
