This self-contained, single-level, ground-floor apartment of a beachfront villa provides superior accommodation for 6. It features 3 spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, modern kitchen and dining area, open plan living and easy indoor/outdoor flow. Both the indoor and outdoor dining tables comfortably seat 6. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds. The third bedroom has two single beds, which can also be put together into a comfortable king bed. The bright, open-space living area looks out to the garden and the sea-view veranda, where you can enjoy your morning coffee, or enjoy a relaxing, tranquil evening after your day at the beach. All rooms are fully air-conditioned and every room has its own A/C unit.
This quiet and peaceful get-away is located directly at the beautiful Agios Emilianos Beach with amazing turquoise waters and Mediterranean vegetation. The Aghios Emilianos area has a marvelous natural environment with pine trees, and has retained its private residence feel. Relax on the veranda, read a book, go for a swim just across the road, visit the popular Porto Heli or the cosmopolitan island of Spetses, or discover other beautiful beaches with sand and pebbles in the nearby areas. Aghios Emilianos location is central to many places of interest. It is only 2.5 km from Kosta, the small port where you can cross by sea to the Island of Spetses, 6 km from the popular Porto Heli with restaurants, groceries stores and shops, and only 16.5 km from historic Ermioni. It takes approx. 1 hour to drive to the ancient Theatre of Epidaurus (60 km), and approx. 1 h 20 min to drive to Nafplion (82 km). Or visit the picturesque Island of Hydra by driving to Metochi (45 min.) and then taking the ferry (15-20 min). Enjoy a memorable holiday in a top-class location!
