Azul Boutique Home is a private hill villa, located on the slopes above Skiathos town and the famous beach of Megali Ammos. (5 minute drive) The villa is positioned in a serene and isolated location, hidden among pine trees and olive groves. The cottage, which was once part of a donkey stable facility, was fully renovated in 2020, offering a mixture of country and bohemian decorations, filled with antique furnishings. The property features 2 bedrooms with two queen size bed and 1 open plan mezzanine loft with a double mattress which is located within the main bedroom and connected through a wooden staircase. The house can facilitate up to 6 guests and has one bathroom. Azul Boutique Home is the perfect option for a couple or families that prefer staying together. Offers a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, fridge, coffee machine and kitchenware The plot of 600 sqm offers a well-furniture garden and a private pool. The space boasts an outdoor dining table with chairs and a large garden sofa. The pool is surrounded by 4 sunbeds and umbrellas, on a non-slip designed area ideal for kid's play Dimensions (length 5.70m x width 2,60m x depth 1,05-1,46m.)

Thanks to its strategic location on top of a hill, Azul Boutique Home offers the most exquisite sea views with clear visibility of the Aegean Sea, Skiathos town, Skopelos and the little islets of Tsougria and Arkos. The location of the villa is ideal for individuals that prefer privacy without the discomfort of remoteness. It is located only 5 minutes away from Papadiamantis Street. Please note that the property is only accessible by car featuring 10 meters of unpaved road, which is suitable for all types of vehicles. Due to the open-plan mezzanine loft bedroom – this property may not be suitable for all groups.
