The house is located in a densely populated area, has aluminum windows with screens, security door, balcony and complete household equipment. It has two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom. It has a large yard with parking space, barbecue and outdoor shower.

In the neighborhood there are houses that are inhabited mainly in summer. It is a quiet neighborhood with a gentle traffic road and friendly people. The house is located in the settlement of Agioi Anargyroi which belongs administratively to Nea Kallikratia and is 4 km away. You can come by car or bus from Thessaloniki to Nea Kallikratia and from there by taxi. Near the settlement are the villages of Nea Kallikratia, Sozopolis, Plagia, Flogita with many shops and intense night life. You can visit the paleolithic cave of Petralona or Thessaloniki which is 43 km away and has museums, shops and beautiful walking routes on the beach.
