First floor apartment, well - ventilated & bright. Two air conditioned bedrooms, one equipped with double-bed, the second with a single bed that can be turned into a double one. 1 bathroom & a wash mashine, large kitchen, FULLY EQUIPPED. A large air conditioned living room and a smart TV 4K. Big and nice terrace! It is a very bright house, ideal for relaxing and enjoying your vacations, with all the comforts and amenities of a modern home. It 'll surely make you feel like home!!! Αccessible via 21-step staircase. There is parking space available outside at the public road, at all times!
Hello! I'm Anna and I come from the beautiful island of Crete. I feel truly blessed for living and working in this place which gives me everything I need as a human being. As a lover of travelling myself I am fully aware of the needs and demands a traveller may have in order to make his or her stay a comfortable, simple and enjoyable one. I 'd be really glad if you decided to visit our Chania!
It is located in a quiet and calm area ,get away from the traffic, very close to the city centre ( One and half km away from the Dimotiki Agora and two km from the Venetian port). Also, strategic position, very close to the exit to the highway (less than 800 m), which provides access to the rest of the island, enabling you to explore the beauties of Chania Prefecture as well as our beautiful beaches, avoiding the city centre traffic. "Lidl" and large greek super market, as well as gas station in close proximity at six hundrends meters. Mini market, bakery, coffee shop and city bus stop, thirty meters away. Also, traditional greek restaurant, where can enjoy some good local food. It is a typical local neighborhood that can offer you anything you need in daily basis. You'll surely feel like a native! The local bus to the city centre runs hourly. The distance to the centre is almost five minutes by car and about twenty minutes walking.
