Housed in a privately owned three-storey building. Our apartments are located at the ground and first floors. All rooms are newly renovated with new bathrooms and kitchens. All rooms are fully equipped and they access to Internet.

Located exactly in the center of Neos Marmaras, but it's not too noisy, because our location isn't on the central road of the village, but 30m from it as you can see from the map. Beach is about 15 minutes away on foot or 500 meters. All the restaurants, cafe-bar, commercial shops etc. are very close (30m, as I said for the central road). We have a small parking place in our facilities, for 3 cars, but it's mostly for your check-in and check-out, to load and unload your luggage, because we don't have parking for all of our customers. There is a public parking free of charge at 30m and another at 100m, so you"ll not have problem with that.
