Ολοκαίνουργιο διαμέρισμα δυο δωματίων, υπερυψωμένο ισόγειο, σε διώροφη οικοδομή με κήπο, στο κέντρο των Καμένων Βούρλων, 100m από την παραλία. Βρίσκεται δίπλα στο υδροθεραπευτήριο και στο πάρκο. Εξαιρετική θέα στον κατάφυτο ορεινό όγκο της Κνημίδας, σε έναν ήσυχο και ασφαλή δρόμο, πού είναι ο δεύτερος παράλληλος από την παραλιακή οδό. Το διαμέρισμα είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. τα διαμερίσματα διαθέτουν θερμική μόνωση, ανεμιστήρες οροφής και κλιματιστικά. ΣΗΜΕΙΩΣΗ: Λόγω της ενεργειακλης κρισης η χρήση του κλιματισμού χρεώνεται με 4 ευρώ την ημέρα τα οπία προκαταβάλλονται κατα την εγκατάσταση.
Κατά τη διαμονή σας βρισκόμαστε πάντα στη διάθεσή σας για να σας βοηθήσουμε σε ενδεχόμενα προβλήματα που μπορεί να αντιμετωπίζετε, σχετικά με τη διαμονή σας, και να σας παρέχουμε πληροφορίες για δραστηριότητες στην περιοχή.
Ο δρόμος είναι ήσυχος και ασφαλής. Το πάρκο των καμένων βούρλων είναι ένας εξαιρετικός τόπος περιπάτου. Πεζοπορικές διαδρομές στην Κνημίδα, εκδρομές στις Θερμοπύλες, στα φημισμένα Λιχαδονήσια, στους Δελφούς, είναι προσβάσιμα από την περιοχή μας. Ο ήπιος καιρός, οι χαμηλής έντασης άνεμοι, οι ελκυστικές παραλίες, αποτελούν πόλους έλξης για θαυμάσιες διακοπές. Η παραλία είναι πεζοδρομημένη με μήκος 2500 μέτρα, περίπου. Εστιατόρια, καφέ και μπαρ, με γραφικά καταστήματα είναι διασπαρμένα σε όλο το μήκος. Θερμές πηγές, με ιαματικές και καλλυντικές ιδιότητες βρίσκονται, με ελεύθερη πρόσβαση σε απόσταση ενός χιλιομέτρου. Ο σταθμός των λεωφορείων βρίσκεται 250 μέτρα από το διαμέρισμα. Εύκολη πρόσβαση με ιδιωτικό αυτοκίνητο μέσω του αυτοκινητοδρόμου Αθηνών Θεσσαλονίκης. Επιβατικά πλοιάρια μεταφέρουν εκδρομείς στα κοντινά Λιχαδονήσια με τα σαπφυρένια νερά. Επίσης εκτελούνται μονοήμερες εκδρομές στην Σκιάθο και σε άλλα νησιά.
