Ci appassiona imparare cose nuove riguardanti la storia antica e moderna, l'architettura, la letteratura, la musica (classica, jazz, gospel e, naturalmente, i Beatles). Ciò che rende unico questo posto è la sua posizione. Situata proprio sulla spiaggia di Kounopetra, la struttura offre accesso diretto alla spiaggia più sicura di Cefalonia. La spiaggia è costituita da una soffice sabbia rossa che digrada molto dolcemente e l'acqua rimane bassa (a livello delle ginocchia) per circa 20 m dalla riva. Il capo offre acque molto calme e sicure che lo rendono ideale per i bambini. L'area circostante ha così poche luci che puoi vedere migliaia di stelle in ogni cielo notturno. Una grande varietà di piccoli pesci e uccelli attraversa l'area fornendo un ambiente molto vario. Tutte le ville guardano a sud-est con vista sul mare compresa l'isola disabitata di Vardiani, l'isola di Zante e il Monte Enos. Gli edifici sono progettati sulla base di uno stile modernizzato dell'architettura tradizionale di Cefalonia ei loro interni sono decorati con mobili moderni. Tutte le camere sono spaziose con soffitti alti, condizionatori e grandi finestre posizionate strategicamente per offrire un ambiente soleggiato e arioso.
