Spacious, bright, apartment with large veranda, ideal for family holidays, in Varkiza (Alianthos) resort south of Athens. It has been fully renovated on May of 2020 and is fully equipped. A limited provision of consumables such as shampoo & conditioner, soaps, detergents, coffee, tea, sugar, salt, herbs, toilet paper etc. are being supplied. Beach towels are NOT provided. We can arrange your transfers to the airport, upon request. Additional Rules - Respect the neighbors during the quiet hours, a) 1 Apr - 30 Sept, 15:00 to 17:30 and 23:00 to 07:00 and b) 1 Oct – 31 Mar, 15:30 to 17:30 and 22:00 to 7:30 - Smoking is permitted on the VERANDA ONLY - Do not wash the linen and the towels of the house before check out - Ιt is not allowed to take the house towels to the beach - Do not sit on the armrests of the sofa bed - In the event of any damage or malfunction in the house, guests should alert the host immediately - In the event that the guest loses a key of the house, will be charged for the replacement of the security lock - In long term accommodation, the host will visit and inspect the house every 10 days in agreement with gusts

Whether you are a party animal or someone who appreciates luxury and fine vibes, Island Club and Restaurant is an ultimate must-go destination for those visiting the Athenian Riviera.
