Nestled on a serene street, it boasts private parking, top-tier amenities, sun-kissed verandas and central heating - a true rarity on the island. Perfect for a family, with room for a couple and two kids. Step into comfort and style and enjoy a home-away-from-home. Just a stone's throw to the beach, shops, restaurants, and daily groceries and fresh bread. Live the Aegina dream!
Tranquil side street, a stone's throw from the port, the beach, and the village center. Our home boasts a free, private, parking, secured by an electronic, remote-access lock. Free parking is supposed to be available in Aegina but during summer months it is rare find. The town center is quite small so most people move around on foot. Bike and motor-bike rental is possible off-premises. The flat is situated two minutes away from the sea on foot, and three minutes away from the port. It is nevertheless incredibly quiet and serene (no traffic can be heard). Within 300m one can find two bakeries, one greengrocer, a large supermarket, electronic stores, even a (public, free) athletics track, basket-, volley-, and football field. Cafes, bars, restaurants, are no more 3-5 minutes on foot away.
