This cozy apartment is located in the majestic seaside suburb of Voula, only a 7 minute walk from the organized beach. Located on the top floor, the apartment is spacious, new, and elegant. The living room, kitchen, and balconies face directly towards the sea. With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms making up the total space of 160sq meters. In addition, a 70sq meter roof terrace is for the exclusive use of our guests with an incredible view of the Saronic Gulf and the Athenian Riviera.
I am half Greek half Dutch. Born and raised in Athens, and spend a total of 8 years in Holland. I attended an American school in Athens for 12 years and studied in New York City and Athens with a BA degree in Marketing Management. My favorite things in life is travelling, sports, and socializing over dinner and wine. I am a music lover
There is such a variety of things to do within 20 walking or driving minutes, that you will need over a year to see them all. From beaches and water sports, to bars and restaurants, to galleries and shopping, to sport clubs and movie theatres, to cultural and historic places, and the list is endless.
