We require guests to submit their ID at least a week(or as soon as possible in the case of a last minute booking) before their stay so we have sufficient time to process and arrange the booking - Please kindly note any guests who haven't presented their ID will not be given access to the property. In cases where the building the property is located requires, guest IDs may also be submitted to the management company for registration purposes. General: • Guests are responsible for reading all information about the listing prior to making the booking and we cannot be held responsible for any misunderstandings due to lack of acknowledgement of our listed services and conditions. • In the case of emergency, maintenance or technical failure some building/apartment facilities may become unavailable unexpectedly. • All building, apartment and pool rules will need to be followed by all guests during their stay - any guests who do not follow guidelines may be denied access. • We will keep any items left behind after check-out for 2 weeks - after that they will be disposed of. • Gibraltar is an increasingly popular destination with exciting developments in its future - certain areas may have ongoing construction in the neighbourhood.

City Suites Ocean Spa Plaza is in the vibrant and lively Ocean Village - the centre of Gibraltar and one of the most popular destinations. With the best restaurants, bars, casinos and stores all within close distance, you won't have to look too far for entertainment. Guests can also take advantage of dolphin tours, Ebike tours and relaxing massages all within 5 mins walk from the property. When visiting town, Casemates Square and Main Street are also only 5 minutes away for guests who are looking forward to the Gibraltar shopping experience. Plenty of other destinations can be reached either by foot or by bus including multiple beaches, Queensway Quay Marina, Chatham Counterguard, the Leisure Centre, and plenty of other tourist spots - the main bus terminal next to Casemates Square is only a 5 mins walk from the property. (Pools: The rooftop area is reserved for guests over 18 years old - There is a separate outdoor pool facility complete with pools, sun beds and an indoor jacuzzi for guest of all ages. No extra fees/limitations apply for using the pools within opening hours - pool facilities are partially closed during the off-season (typically November to March - dependent on weather and varies each year). In the case of emergency maintenance/technical failure some facilities may become unavailable without notice. No extra guests are permitted in the spa/pool facilities. Check-in: We do NOT offer any luggage storage services for guests arriving before their check-in time or for after check-out. Guests will only be given access to the property early if there is availability - this cannot be guaranteed. Guests are given instructions to access the property via lockbox for self-checkin - the lockbox is located 3 mins on foot from the property, once guests arrive at the property they will be required to sign a key receipt form and send a copy/photo to the host).
