Welcome to our newly renovated, stylish studio apartment with a balcony on the 6th floor. Location: Marshal Archil Gelovani Av., Saburtalo district, in a most elite and famous M3 Saburtalo. Nearby is Agrohub, Wednys, Dunkin Donuts, just 1 km from Gagarini square, 10 km from Freedom Square and old town. Our studio apt is new and fresh as well as the building, you will enjoy your stay ! 📶Wifi is strong and stable. Near the building is 2 Supermarkets, Nikora and Spar! 📄For the long-term renting, we can negotiate.

When driving on Marshal Archil Gelovani Avenue, to the left side you will see Socar petrol station, in front of Hypermarket Bricorama, just after Socar you turn to the right-side and you will see 3 building, our apartment is in 3d building. From the airport, you can take bus number 37, as well as use the Bolt taxi app. The price is approximately 50-60 GEL.
