Fantastic place to stay, 50 meters away from Gondola ski lift. Ski-in facility & ground floor Ski-depo is for your convenience at no extra charge. Ski rental, Mini-Market, restaurant, night club are located in the block next door. Studio aThis property also has one of the best locations in Gudauri.ccommodates 3 persons, two single beds & one sofa-bed. There’s kitchenette with over-stove and kettle. TV is set with over 120 international channels. Towels, soap and toilet paper is provided. An ideal place for those who love to ski and relax in the evening.

Guests can go skiing or snow walking in winter directly from the New Gudauri, House 4. Skiing equipment can be hired on site. Instructors, Guided tours are available at an extra charge.

New Gudauri-4 is a brand new block in the modern centre of New Gudauri, built in contemporary alpine design. The block is located within 50 meters of the Gondola Ski lift and offers ski-to-door access. Ski depo is available at no extra charge. New Gudauri-4 opened in January 2017. Room features a balcony, a flat-screen TV, an over-stove, kettle and a bathroom with shower. Room provides beautiful views of the mountains. Free WiFi is available.
