The apartment has a cozy new renovation and has everything to feel at home. Panoramic windows overlooking the mountains. A house is being built nearby, but work is not carried out during the season. In the courtyard there is a swimming pool with sun loungers, two restaurants and a convenience store. Nearby there is a shopping center. The seashore is only 100 meters through the park. To the center 25-30 minutes walk along the boulevard.
I live in Tbilisi, but I will always be in touch with you and answer any questions. Also, in Batumi there is a person who maintains apartments. He can also help if the need arises.
Across the road from the complex is the Lech and Maria Kachinsky Park with playgrounds, workout grounds, scooters and other entertainment. Near the airport and if you go along the boulevard in its direction, you will come to the observation deck and you can watch how planes arrive and depart. It's cool) Also, there is a shopping center with a food court and a supermarket nearby. What's around The apartments are located near the airport, so you will reach the place in 10 minutes. If you come by train, you will reach the station in about 25 minutes It's better to take a taxi. There are I.Taxi and Bolt. I recommend Bolt. Arrives faster and is often cheaper The taxi driver needs to be told that you have block C and you can drive up to the house through the barrier with a security guard.
