This 2 bed house is on a quiet residential cul de sac with parking. The front door opens on to a hallway off which is a separate kitchen with integrated appliances. The sitting/;dining room is open plan with doors onto a private garden. There is also a communal garden area. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms (one has the flexibility of being a twin room, as the bed separates) sharing a family bathroom. Good transport links nearby. Pets are welcome! 1 allocated parking space.

Situated a little over 20 miles from central London in north-central Surrey. Woking has the best of both worlds. It lies on the doorstep of charming villages full of cosy pubs, adorable cottages and the beautiful Surrey Hills yet still offers speedy links to London and nearby Guildford for commuters. South Western Railway gets you to London Waterloo in just under half an hour and it is a zippy 7 minutes to Guildford. Neatly placed with road access to the M25, M3, and A3 and Heathrow Airport can be reached in around fifty minutes via bus and train services, with a similar journey time to Gatwick Airport.
