Located at Clapham South, by the Common and Tube This well-equipped home on the 1st floor in a secure, recently renovated, modernised and well-kept Victorian building. The location is safe for families and close to central London. It has one spacious bedroom with a double bed and good storage space. The bathroom has a bath with a shower over it. The open-plan living area has dining for four and a sofa bed and storage space. It has double-glazed window and central heating. There is a well equipped kitchen. The comfortable living area has a flat screen HD television, DVD player and a Sky+ box with a media package including and sports, movies and children's channels.
