Head on through to the open-plan kitchen/diner, which is where you will spend all your days as it has all you need, with a dining table and chairs for your feasts in the evening. The kitchen is equipped with a range oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, washer/dryer, and dishwasher. Heading up to the first floor, you’ll find two double bedrooms and one bunk room. The main bathroom completes this floor, with a bath, separate shower and WC, and an additional separate WC. On the second floor is a twin bedroom, double bedroom and bunk bedroom, and a bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC, plus another separate WC. All the double and twin rooms have TVs to enjoy. Sit back and relax in the hot tub. There is a brilliant gas BBQ to enjoy and a raised seating area, plus a lawned area for the kids to play on. There is ample off-road parking for this property.

The pier, along with the funfair, Ferris wheel, Splash World indoor water park, bowling, cinema, theatre, laser quest, and restaurants are all a short walk away. Southport is also famous for its world-class golf courses, including the Royal Birkdale Golf Club. Shoppers will enjoy Southport’s famous Lord Street, which, apart from having lots of great shops, also has plenty of nice bars, cafés, and restaurants.
