Victoria Cottage is a grade II listed period property accommodating up to 4 guests. It overlooks the village green in Reeth and has recently been beautifully renovated retaining all its attractive period features whilst creating a modern finish. On the ground floor is a comfortable, spacious sitting area with a wood burning stove. On the first floor a well equipped kitchen/dining room with fantastic views of Swaledale, and a lovely shower room. On the second floor are two double bedrooms. Local walks can be tailored to suit all tastes from gentle level wandersthrough to hard days out in wild country. There are fascinating and informative local history displays in the Swaledale museum situated just off the central green and the remnants of the lead mining industry can be readily seen on walks through the dale. The waterfalls at Wainwath and Kisdon are particularly beautiful and easily accessed and walks can be tailored to make use of the Little White Bus service to allow manageable sections of the paths through the dale. At Fremington, the Bike centre provides bike hire including e-bikes,road bikes and mountain bikes and guides to the mountain bike trails.

Reeth is located in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales, and offers a range of fantastic walks, cycle rides and outdoor activities. It is a perfect location for a country getaway for a family, a couple or a group of friends. Victoria Cottage is located centrally in the village within easy reach of shops, pubs, cafes and the ever popular ice-cream parlour. Swaledale benefits from having an excellent bus service (the Little White Bus) which runs from Monday to Saturday between Richmond and Keld. Bus timetables and some leaflets on local walks and attractions are provided.
