Property information

There is a communal entrance onto the ground floor. The kitchen and living areas are on this floor, and the bedrooms are downstairs on the basement level. There is also a high chair and stair gate available for our smaller guests. GROUND FLOOR LIVING & DINING ROOM The dining area is a relaxing space, with neutral décor. There is a wooden table and chairs, with surrounding mirrors and artwork. The living room has a large bay window, adorned in white shutters. There is a fireplace, television, two sofas and an armchair for seating. One of the sofas converts into a double bed, sleeping an additional 2 guests. KITCHEN The kitchen is light and airy, with grey fittings and slate grey floor tiling. The kitchen includes a Belfast sink and all the amenities you will need during your stay. There is underfloor heating in the kitchen as well. This space enjoys lots of light from a glass ceiling and windows, with views to the garden. BASEMENT FLOOR BATHROOM The main bathroom has sleek grey and white tiling, with a bath, shower, WC and basin. MASTER BEDROOM The master bedroom offers a double bed, wardrobe and artwork on the walls. There are views to the garden from the window and there are French doors for access. EN SUITE The en suite bathroom includes a shower, WC and basin. BEDROOM 2 With lovely pale blue interiors and a double sofa bed, this second bedroom sleeps up to 2 guests and has doors onto the garden. GARDEN There are slate steps up to the garden- a courtyard space with outdoor seating and surrounding plants and trees. A great space to relax in, there is a seating area with 2 benches and a coffee table, and another sma... Home Truths: No smoking or parties! The host is open to discussing bookings with pets by request. Please note the terrace which is seen in photos in the kitchen is not accessible but the window opens and a gate is in place for security. The living room includes a sofa bed, sleeping an extra 2 guests.

Claphams impressive night-life is probably one of the main draws for the many young professionals who live here — the highstreet is rarely, if ever, empty on the weekends. But Clapham is not just a party-hot spot, it’s also a wonderfully pretty south London neighbourhood, with pristine Georgian-era townhouses, cosy pubs and lush stretches of greenery. The vast expanse of Clapham Common is a favourite spot for locals to lounge in the summer months, and several fabulous brunch spots skirt the out-edges of the Common,: try The Jam Tree or Metro Garden if you’re feeling peckish.
