First Floor: Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed Ensuite: Cubicle Shower, Toilet Bedroom 2: Double (4ft 6in) Bed Ensuite: Cubicle Shower, Toilet Bedroom 3: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds Ensuite: Toilet (Only) Bedroom 4: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds Shower Room: Walk-In Shower, Toilet. Gas central heating and electricity included (24th October-23rd April, at cost, by meter reading). Bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. 2 travel cots and 2 highchairs. Garden with patio and garden furniture. Private parking. No smoking.. This beautifully converted, comfortably furnished detached barn lies in a peaceful, neat courtyard with lovely views. It is situated at the edge of a village and adjacent to the owner&rsquo;s dairy farm, midway between the Potteries and the Peak District, just 5 miles from Alton Towers and Splash Landings swimming pool and convenient for Drayton Manor. Within 8 miles you can take a canal trip, ride on a steam train or hire bikes and cycle the Manifold Trail. Two pubs, both within 1 mile of each other, one in Froghall and one in Kingsley Holt.
