Property information

Set in 30 acres of woodlands and gardens make this an ideal opportunity to get a way for a few days and enjoy the tranquil surroundings of the cottage. On site we have a trekking centre offering horse riding to all ages and abilities all year round. We have a beautiful half mile drive to approach the property. On site lots of walks and paths to explore. The cottage comprises over two floors, the upstairs floor has a double bed, a single bed, and the single has a smaller single trundle bed underneath which can be pulled out for use, there is also a shower room. Downstairs is a kitchenette, dining table and chairs, sofa area and television. Parking to the cottage is adjacement the cottage in view.

Neighbourhood information

Set in an ideal position to reach Cornwall and Devon. Only a one mile drive from the A38 so away from noise but easy to get around Cornwall. Within 6 miles we have the historic fishing village of Looe with a beautiful beach. Then on one side of Looe there is Polperro another beautiful fishing village and on the other side is Seaton, Downderry and take the coastal road all the way through Whitsand Bay and into Kingsand and Cawsand. Within walking distance of 1.5 miles is the Adrenalin quarry together with Cornwall longest zip wire and a go kart centre.
