Located in the pretty village of St Osyth, Essex this one bedroom house boat is a perfect base to explore. There is a footpath that leads along the coast to Point Clear and walks around the surrounding countryside. A short drive from the seaside resorts of Clacton on sea and Frinton on sea or the historic town of Colchester. The boat is moored a short walk from St Osyth village with its ancient Priory, pubs and restaurants. Recently refurbished. Small dog friendly. It features a wood burner for cozy evening or in warmer weather a bbq on the pontoon. There is one bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with bath, living area with wood burner and a kitchen with all you’ll need. Due to access this boat isn’t suitable for persons with limited mobility or wheelchair users. Not suitable for children under 12.
