If you are looking for a cosy, modern and well equipped self-catering alternative to a hotel room with King-size bed, this is the place for you. The tiny home is self contained where guests have private access to the space. Access is through the back garden of the main house which we do use during your stay as we have a couple of dogs but we do try and keep our time in there down to a minimum when we have guests. Perfectly located for walkers and explorers, this self contained tiny home is attached to the back of our house, with its own entrance and just a 5 minute walk to the cliff top and 7 minute walk to the beach. There are lots of places to explore right on the doorstep, many of which can be reached by walking, cycling or hopping on a sightseeing bus meaning once you arrive if you have a car you can leave it parked up on our driveway for the duration of your stay! We have 2 dogs, Maggie Moo the Cockapoo and Toby the Dobie. You’re unlikely to see much of them…..just occasional garden visits, generally when they wake up, a couple of time through the day and just before bed. You may hear from them occasionally. 😊 We do have an EV charging point. There will be an additional charge for this and will be dependent on full charge for requirements. Please ask for details. A small welcome pack of essentials will be waiting for you including butter, marmalade, breakfast muffins, semi skimmed milk or oat milk, Dorset Cereals muesli, Dorset tea and Nespresso coffee machine and pods.

Having lived on the south coast all my life I can help you with ideas on what to do during your stay in the Tiny Home. I've lived in Boscombe Manor and Southbourne for over 14 years now and just love how close the beach and Hengistbury Head nature reserve is. Most of my spare time is spent out enjoying the local stunning senary whilst walking the dogs or cycling.

The property is in Boscombe Manor conservation area, a cliff top suburb of Bournemouth and is perfected located to explore Bournemouth, Poole & Christchurch. We’re not too far from Swanage and The Purbecks either so lots of options to keep you busy. We have a number of super eateries less than a 10 minute walk from the property along with a Sainsbury's Local and lots more of the same located in lovely Southbourne which is a 20 minute walk. We have 2 local airports. Bournemouth is a 10 minute drive and Southampton 40 minutes. There are lots of options to get out and about including ‘Beryl’ bike and scooter hire (you’ll need your driving licence with you to hire the scooters), sight seeing buses, trains and of course local taxis if needed.
