The Wee Hoose welcomes you as soon as you walk through the front door. The living room has a beautiful Victorian coal fire to sit by in the colder months, Smart TV player, two lovely comfy armchairs and a two-seater sofa. At the other end of the living room you can sit and enjoy a meal at the dining table or bring your laptop and catch up with some work in total peace and quiet. Downstairs on the lower ground floor you will find a bright and large fully equipped kitchen with underfloor heating, leading to the separate toilet, and bathroom with its overhead shower. In the kitchen you will discover a small door leading out on to the street which they used to bring in the coal. They still do! The spacious master bedroom can be found on the first floor with a double bed, TV, and lovely views to the rear of the property of some well-kept gardens. It should be noted that the toilet and bedroom are separated by two flights of stairs and therefore this home may not be appropriate for the elderly or infirm.
